DIRECT ORDERS

01. Payment

You will receive an invoice to your email to confirm your order. Payments can be made by credit or bank transfer. Invoices are required to be paid in full before the order is shipped.

02. Processing Time

Order fulfillment ranges from 2-10 business days

03. Shipping

All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Our Carriers are as follows: USPS, FedEx, UPS. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Made By Victoria Laine is not responsible for any shipment delays.

04. Packaging & Display

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold separately. Failure to comply with this policy will result in termination of your account.

05. Exclusivity

We currently do not offer exclusivity or zip code protection to any of our wholesale buyers. We reserve the right to sell our products to other retailers and distributors in the same geographical area.

06. Online Stores

While we allow you to sell our products in your online shop, we do not permit selling on third party websites such as Amazon and Etsy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in termination of your account.

07. Returns

We stand by our commitment in providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can address any issues promptly. Please note that all merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
