    The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation call. We begin by thoroughly understanding the clients’ vision and gathering all necessary details about the event. This includes the theme, color palette, style preferences, and any specific elements or motifs they wish to incorporate. This will help us better grasp a desired aesthetic, and create a custom pricing estimate for the paper goods.

  • 02. Proposal

    After creating a custom proposal tailored to meet the clients' specific requirements, we require a 50% deposit to secure a position in our design queue and commence the work. It is important to mention that our custom invitation suite services align with budgets ranging from $3,000 to $6,000+. We understand that wedding stationery expenses go beyond just Invitations and include Save The Dates and Day Of Stationery. If you choose to work with us for all your wedding stationery needs, most clients typically budget between $6,000 to $12,000+.

  • 03. Details

    Upon receiving the initial payment, we will proceed by sending wording samples to initiate the process. Once we have received all the wording back, our design team takes to their drawing boards (or screens).

  • 04. Create

    We explore various design concepts, layouts, typography choices, and graphic elements to create a range of options that align with the wedding aesthetic. Clients can expect the initial round of design proofs emailed within 10-14 business days. Our custom clients enjoy unlimited design rounds, ensuring that any required refinements, revisions, or additions are made until the suite is flawless.

  • 05. Production

    Once we have the Final Design Sign Off, the order will move directly into printing and production. We carefully source high-quality materials and work with skilled printers and artisans who will bring the invitation suite to life. Turnaround time complete each individual suite may vary, but typically the production timeline is estimated to be between 12-18 business days. Factors such as print method, embellishments, and availability of supplies can influence the specific timeframe.

  • 06. Delivery

    Once we have received the final payment, the order will be shipped with all suite pieces neatly packaged separately. These components will be ready for clients to complete the stuffing, stamping, and mailing process. After it has been dispatched from us, it should typically take approximately 2-3 days to arrive. We are more than happy to assist with stuffing, stamping, and mailing the invitations for an extra fee.
